Weddings and Receptions

Your rental includes so much:

  • a five hour reception (you can extend, but all events must end by 10 PM)
  • use of the entire building and grounds for photos
  • three hours of preparation time
  • choice of caterer from our approved list
  • ability to bring your own alcohol, which results in substantial savings
  • the beauty and convenience of having your ceremony and rehearsal in our picturesque setting for an additional fee

Payment Schedule

  • 50% of the rental fee and a security deposit is due upon booking to reserve your date.
  • the final 50% is due two weeks prior to your wedding
  • event insurance is required and is a separate fee
  • discounted rates are available for Friday and Sunday events
  • payment must be made in the form of a personal or bank check only

White Christmas Chalet is available for weekday corporate events. You can book the entire facility or rent individual rooms. We can even help you choose from our approved caterers.

Growing up on a Christmas Tree Farm myself, what could be better than a winter wedding at White Christmas Chalet? As soon as I walked in I knew this was the perfect place. Most of the holiday decor was displayed beautifully already, so I just added some personal touches. The Bucks allowed me to do everything I asked and were always available if I wanted to revisit before the big day. We had a dancing and cocktail hour room, a room for the dinner, a room for the bell choir, a room for the ceremony, and an area for the girls to get ready. We also had access to the outdoors and took beautiful shots outside. The owners also recommended the perfect caterer, cake maker, photographer, and DJ. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't have changed a thing. I felt like a princess for the day.
